Hello and thanks for stopping by. I'm a mix of Cuban, Spanish, and Italian. Now you may be wondering what Bhai means. Well, it's my pen name... It means "brother" in Hindi.

For many years, people have referred to me as "bro". But I couldn't call myself Brother Garcia because that would sound like I work at the Vatican. However, when Asians, particularly those from India say Bhai, they are almost always referring to a dear friend, just as we would call someone bro in English.

For as long as I can remember, I've been influenced by Asian culture which is why I've chosen to call myself Bhai. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, now residing in Utah.

Writing has always been a passion for me. Even before I considered a career as an author, I always found myself writing more than I needed to. I guess I just couldn't help but be as thorough as possible. Even in regular text messages to friends, I find my self tapping away and when I finally click send, what comes out are paragraphs of thoughtful questions or answers. I'm always irked by people's two-word replies. One word? Ha, don't get me started!
